These are the terms and conditions for this auction by registering to bid the bidder has agreed with all terms and conditions and hereby given notice that hey are legally bound to them.
There is a 13 percent buyers premium for any one paying with credit card. 10 percent premium for cash or check
1. All items are sold as is where is with no warranty. It is the buyers responsibility to preview the item and make thier own assesment. The auction company will do their best to disclose any flaws that were noticed during our inspection of the items but is not responsible for any that were not found by our staff.
2 Registration All people registering to bid must give full name and address. The auction staff reserves the right to ask for identification at pick up. All buyers must bring a copy of Their invoice for pickup, an emailed copy will be fine.
3 Payment. All buyers will be contacted before pickup to determine their payment method. If using Creditcard or Debit your account will be charged so you can just bring the paid invoice with you to get your items.
4 Pick up of items. Pickup will be from 10a.m. to 6p.m. on february 16th and 17th.. Due to covid 19 and limited parking space we are going to contact all buyers to set up exact pick up times. We are also not loading items for you, if you buy it make sure you can move it. Masks will be required to enter the house. The auctioneer is not responsible for any items not picked up by the end of the last pickup date.
5 Claims. No claims will be allowed on any goods once they are removed from the property. Any damage to items resulting from buyer while on premises is not the responsibility of the auctioneer.
6 Responsibility of Auctioneer For non Delivery. This states that if you pay for an item but do not receive it you will only be entitled to the amount you paid for it no more.
7 Risk to buyers, anyone they bring with them and any property they bring with them. Anyone attending any part of this auction shall not hold the auctioneer or the seller liable for any injury or damage to thier property. So basically be careful and don't hurt yourself.
8 Sales Tax. The sales tax for Cattaraugus county is 8% You can expect to pay sales tax unless you have tax exempt status. If you do please contact us so we know to bring the necessary forms and to change your invoice.
9 The auctioneer is acting as an agent for the owner of the items consigned in the sale and is not responsible for the acts of the principle.
10 Checks. The auctioneer reserves the right to not accept a check from a person. If a check is accepted and it turns out to be no good the auctioneer will impose a $50.00 fee for the bounced check.
11 Shipping. We do offer shipping for items that can be shipped. There will be a boxing fee of $10 There will be additional fees for items requiring extra work or supplies to package. If you are unsure if an item is shippable contact us. If you buy multiple items and they all fit in a box easily we will only charge you once for packaging. This is at the discretion of the auctioneer. If you buy an item and it can not be legally shipped it is not the auctioneers responsibility. If you are buying one of the vehicles you have to arrange your own shipping.
12 Additional terms and conditions. The auctioneer reserves the right to add more terms or conditions if it is deemed necessary before the end of the sale.

The owners have sold the house and having sold off several other properties here are liquidating what is not going with them. Items of interest include a Polaris 550 4 wheeler, a john deere riding mover, kayaks, tools, ladders, a yamaha homelite generator, husquvarna 345 chainsaw, antiques, furniture, paddle boat, safe, wood stove, shelving, shopvac, fishing, treadmill. massage table, lawnmowers, compressor, trap thrower, easel, chain fall, Subaru winter tires, rotottiller, shop vac, and more. be sure to check back there may be more added. 1 2013 Polaris sportsman 550 4 wheeler Awd 112 hours Runs great fired right up in 10 degree weather drove around fine. very low hours appears to have been well taken care of. Owner bought it in 2014 from one of her clients. Has been garage kept and just used around her property. No noticeable damage to... 2 2011 John Deere d140 riding mower owned since new. let the battery charge up used some starting fluid fired right up and ran good. According to the owner it works fine mows well has no issues other than not liking to start in the cold. 1012 hours 3 Yamaha Homelite Generator Has not been used in several years. Was told it has low hours on it. They had it as an emergency backup. I did give it a couple pulls. has compression but will probably need the gas dumped and cleaned out. No signs of any damage that should prevent ... 4 Huskee 10 cubic foot garden trailer Has definitly been used and needs a couple new bolts put in it but it rolled around the garage fine. 5 Haulmaster Loading Ramps 8ft4x10in Nice heavy duty ramps. Said she purchased them recently and only used them one time 6 Industrial rolling shelving 78x44x22 Rolls good stored indoors very heavy duty. 7 Sundolphin Aruba 10 Kayak in good shape This is not one of the cheap ones. Very good kayak. It is dusty from hanging on the side of the garage but shows only minor wear with no major gouges. I would have loved to wash it up but it was too cold. serial number 13722E717 8 Subaru Rims and snow tires Used 1 Season. Very good Tread left. Car was traded . Pictures coming soon. 225/65/17 master4craft glacier trex these are off a 2017 outback limited 9 Kayak Tango 2 person Kayak Needs a good cleaning but seems in decent shape the seats are stored inside will try to get pics of them 10 1/2 Ton Chain Fall Hoist works heavy duty in decent shape 11 Combination folding ladder Aluminum Heavy duty folds right up in good shape. Owner had several homes and rental before downsizing so there are a bunch of ladders because of that. 12 Husquvarna 345 chain saw In great shape has been well cared for runs have manual for it. 13 Bostitch 6 Gallon Air Compressor works. Comes with hose in like new condition. There are some bostich nail guns later in the auction. 14 Wheely Bird Auto Trap Feeder Skeet thrower new Sealed box never opened. 15 Ryobi Band Saw works In great condition but does need a new blade. 16 Craftsman Yard machine 21 inch mulcing mower Just gave it a quick pull and had compression. Owner says it runs well. is currently folded down for storage not broken. Did not Start it 17 Patriot Chipper Shredder Looks in really good shape the tow bar for it is included as well as all the hardware and manual.
