As per Alabama sales tax code all purchases will be taxed at 10% for this sale. If you have a tax exemption certificate please bring a copy so that we will have it on file. If you do not have a current exemption certificate on file you will be charged tax.
We have a 13% buyer’s premium reduced to 10% if paying by cash or check.
We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards.
ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS WITH NO GUARANTEES.
Please remember that all sales are final, no refunds or exchanges.
Due to liability issues we DO NOT LOAD, please bring helpers if you need them.

We always look forward to our first Saturday sale of the month! Auction at the Annex, 67 Middle School Road in beautiful Wedowee, AL. New merchandise sold to the highest bidder. If you need it, we just might have it! Stop by and see us during our preview times. We will be open for preview Saturday February 6th starting at 10 am we begin the auction at 4 pm. We will be available to take absentee bids during those times. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact an Kenneth Lacy at 256-473-8087. Save $$$ off of retail!
