 General Description: Goods and materials relating to a brand of alcoholic beverages will be auctioned. Buyer should be aware that Federal and State licensing may be required to take ownership and possession of some of the materials. All goods and materials are sold “as-is” and “where-is” and it is the responsibility of the buyer to arrange for all movement of goods and materials out of the premises. Seller does not represent conveyance of any rights to intellectual property. Samples of bulk materials are available on request for a processing fee. Important Notes on All Lots: ● Alcohol and alcoholic beverages are strictly governed by Federal and State laws. Special permits are required in order to take possession of alcoholic beverages. It is the buyer's responsibility to fully understand and comply fully. Compliance may hinder the Seller’s ability to give possession of the goods to the Buyer if Buyer cannot demonstrate that it is compliant with all applicable regulations. ● Buyer will be responsible for removing all goods within five business days of the completed auction. If not removed within five business days, storage charges may apply.
