The Auction Firm and /or Auctioneers are licensed by Ohio Department of agriculture and an aggrieved person may initiate claim against the Auction Recovery Fund created in Section 4707.25 of the Revised Code as a result of the licensee's actions. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Auction company reserves the right to reject any bid at their sole discretion. Auction company reserves the right to cancel and or reopen the auction in the case of failures.
