Although, we know you register using a credit card for clarification puroses please provide the credit card number, 3 digit code and zip code that you wish to be charged for all winning items in the "Buyer's Notes to Auctioneer" field. By providing this information, you are authorizing Van Byars Auction to charge the credit card provided for all winning items. (Sometimes credit card information changes from the time of registration.) We sell items from estates. All items have been previously owned. Even if in a box and unopened, it has belonged to someone before. You must judge for yourself the age and condition of every item. We offer several photos of each item to show the piece from different sides. PLEASE READ IN THE DESCRIPTION PER ITEM IF SHIPPIING IS AVAILABLE. If we can combine lots to ship in one box we will. Some items may take several boxes depending on bids you win. We will not guess or approximate shipping. We will ready items for shipping and pack for safe travels to your destination. We ship small items via UPS and USPS. We ship most items ground unless you specify express shipping. You must make requests for express shipping in your notes to us when you register and make it known that you require shipping. We do not ship to P O boxes. We have to have a physicall shipping address. You will be required to have insurance for the bid amount of the item and we will charge you the exact shipping charge plus a $10.00 per lot handling fee along with the insurance. If your bids total is over $100.00 we will also send your package with return receipt required. This fee is $8.40 cents and will be charged to your total. Every item you bid on in this auction is bid online only. You will be charged a 15% buyers premium for this auction regardless of how you pay. You will also be charged 7% sales tax. This ONLINE ONLY auction begins on 11/19/2020 at 11:00 AM EST and ends on 11/26/2020 at 11:00 AM EST. LIVE PREVIEW WILL BE IN OUR GALLERY at 308 E Main Street, Hogansville, GA 30230 on November 20 -21, 11:00 AM EST - 5:00 PM EST. We will offer in house pick up on November 27, from 11:00 AM EST - 5:00 PM EST as well as on November 28 from 11:00 AM EST - 5:00 PM EST. If you can not pick up on the offered pick up date, do not bid. We will send you a email at the close of the auction if you won any items. We will charge your credit card on file for your items if you win any bids. We do not have room to keep your items after the pick up date. Please be aware before you bid of our terms. Anything bid on and won and not picked up on the pick up date will be considered abandoned and will become property of the auction. All bidders who require shipping will see two charges on their credit cards. One for the item total and one for shipping, handling and insurance and return receipt if bids total over $100.00.
