The Buyer assumes all risk of damage and/or loss of the property until removed from sale premises. The pickup information is stated in each auction event's details. WHAT IS A BID: When a bid is placed a contract is made. The bid is a binding contract between you and the Owner/Seller and the bid cannot be retracted. Once you place a bid and win, you are contractually required to buy the product at the said price you bid.
