Option One: Balance of purchase price payable at closing on or before December 30, 2020.
Option Two: Additional 40% of purchase price payable on or before December 30, 2020, with remaining 50% due at closing on or before January 8, 2021.
Option Three: Balance of purchase price payable at closing on or before January 8, 2021.
Tracts will sell by the acre in order, full possession at closing.
Sellers will convey by Merchantable Deeds and furnish title insurance for amount of purchase price. Procurement of financing shall be the sole responsibility of the Buyer(s) and must be obtained prior to the date of auction.
