ESTATE AUCTION SATURDAY NOVEMBER 21, 2020 @ 10:01 AM 1124 CEDAR PLAINS RD, FALKVILLE, AL 35622 As of Nov 17th 2020 the Real Estate has been included. This is a 1.8 Acres +/- lot with a 4 bedroom 2 bath bungalow. There is a storm shelter plus shop/garage. (pictures tobe posted on 11/18/20) Directions: From Falkville, AL take US Hwy 31 north approximately 1/3 mile to AL Hwy 55, turn west on 55 and continue to Weaver Meat Processing at Cedar Plains Rd. turn south following "auction signs" all the way. From AL Hwy 157 follow signs. Mr. Sandlin had a great collection of antique furniture in his home and even more in his shop. Please look at ALL the pictures with this ad to get an idea of what we will offer. In addition to the individual pieces that are pictured we will be selling by the BOX LOT over 150 boxes of antiques and collectibles. We will have a listing for you to follow and each box will contain the items listed on the sheet. We will show some items in each box then sell the entire box. Be ready to bid and please bring a friend and the truck. This will be an "out door" auction due to the Covid-19 sittuation. We suggest social distancing and please bring your mask for your health and safety as well as everyone else's. We will have tents up for shelter or shade and heaters if we need them. As always we will have concessions on site with free coffee and water and we will have a rest room provided. Come prepared to spend the day with us. As you know by now, we have suspended all our "in house" sales at our warehouse until after January 1. We will continue to have this sort of "on site" sale and we will have "on line" sales running constantly. Log in to Estatesales.org Register and bid at your leisure during the 10 to 15 days that the auction runs. Don't forget to check back and keep up with the status of your bids on a daily basis. If you have problems, call us and we will assist you in registration. We will also be listing real estate on line to obtain an opening bid for the "live" auction on site.
