Bidder is responsible to check for updated terms prior to bidding. Terms will have date and time for the most current entry if changes are made and typically will not change once the Auction starts. In the unlikely event of changes made for any item during the Auction, active Bidders for those items will be notified via email and will be allowed to rescind their bid for those items. AuctionGrooVe shall not be held liable for any website or internet issues of any kind whatsoever. Should any disputes arise, legal venue shall be La Crosse, Wisconsin. This is an Online - Only Auction. Unless a minimum bid per item or reserve bid notice is posted, the highest bid online at close of bidding on each item becomes the winning bid for that item. Bidding closes for each item in the order posted on the website at the rate of 6 items per minute beginning at 6:15PM Central Time on posted day/date. Check Lot # 1 for information, details and updates. This Auction features Automatic Bid Extension. Any item receiving a bid during the last several minutes of the Auction automatically extends the bidding 4 minutes, for that item, until bidding activity ceases for that item. All sold As-is, where-is. We are unable to test, thoroughly inspect or completely describe every item. If damage or defects are found we try to alert bidders in the item descriptions and in photos. Closely examine photographs as most defects will be shown. By Registering and placing bids, Bidders agree www.AuctionGrooVe.com shall be held harmless against responsibility of notification of any defects either known or unknown. Bidder is responsible to verify the condition prior to bidding and bid accordingly. Items expected to be at least in average, used, functional condition unless noted otherwise in description or photos. If items found inoperable at pick up time, prior to leaving the premises, we reserve the option to refund actual purchase price and Bidder fees as liquidated damages. Bidders have no recourse if damage is visible in photos regardless whether or not stated in description. We offer no warranty of any kind whatsoever. Details and information may be supplied by third parties. All sold As is, Where is. Winning Bidder agrees to pay a 10% Buyer's Fee in addition to the winning bid amount. The total then becomes the full purchase price for each item. Winning Bidder is responsible for any taxes, vehicle title and registration fees, FFL firearms background check, cost of removal, shipping, packaging, handling and additional expense per item description. 5.5% WI Sales tax applies to this auction. Acceptable form of payment: Cash, Credit Card, Bank Certified Checks. Wire Transfer, or pre-approved personal check MAY be acceptable if arranged no more than 24 hours PRIOR to the last Business Day before the end of the Auction. Winning Bidder agrees to pay a 4% fee on the total amount due if using a credit card for purchases. Payment due no later than the final pick up day following close of the Auction. International Winning Bidders must submit payment within 48 hours of close of bids. AuctionGrooVe reserves the right to accept or reject any form of payment. Fees and charges for failing to timely remove or pay for items won. A $30 LATE PAYMENT FEE is assessed for each partial or full day beyond the payment deadline for which payment is not made. If items not removed by last pick up date for that Auction, a minimum $10.00 handling and storage fee will be assessed per Auction lot, per day. Storage fees will accrue beginning on the day following last pick up date posted on AuctionGrooVe website for this Auction. If items are not removed by the end of final scheduled pick up, AuctionGrooVe reserves the right to consider them abandoned property, with all of the winning bidder's rights and interests in the property extinguished.
