REAL ESTATE TERMS & CONDITIONS Deposit of $75,000 for Tract #1 and $15,000 for Tract's #2 and #3, (non-refundable), due on the day of auction when the successful bidder will execute a standard real estate contract. Buyers shall provide a bank letter of credit in the amount of the deposit or through prior arrangements suitable to sellers and auctioneer. The remainder of the purchase price is due at closing on or about October 15th, 2020. Sellers will pay transfer tax and provide a clear marketable title at closing.
