This is a legal agreement between you, the user bidder and RepoMax Auctions.
You must be at least 18 years old to bid.
RepoMax Auctions, at its sole discretion, may ban from further use, any buyer or seller which it believes to have misrepresented itself or any item selling or sold, failed to abide by the terms and conditions or conducted any improper auction or behavior as determined solely by RepoMax. Any seller who misrepresents their items and any buyer who improperly fails to carry through with a purchase will be banned from any further use and may be subject to additional legal actions.
Buyer’s Premium:
Cash = 18%
Credit Card = 23% (Transaction must be over $50.00 to use credit card!)
AUCTION PAYMENTS:
Acceptable forms of payment are as follows: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Cashier’s Check (which requires a hold until it clears, unless drawn upon our financial institution), Bank Wire.

Online-Auction featuring over 500 lots of tech equipment. Servers, Motherboards, Switches, Server Chassis, Firewalls, Towers, and more! ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY SATURDAY JULY 23rd at 2:00 PM. After 2:00 PM on Saturday there is a $10.00 per lot/per day storage fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. There will be a $50.00 per lot transport fee for any lots not picked up by Saturday July 23, 2016. Items must be picked up by SATURDAY July 23rd 2:00 PM STORAGE FEES ARE ASSESSED $10.00 PER LOT PER DAY After 2 pm. There will be a $50.00 per lot transport fee for any lots not picked up by Saturday July 23rd, 2016. *NO EXCEPTIONS* If you cannot pick up you winning items by Saturday July 23rd no later than 2:00 PM DO NOT BID! *NO EXCEPTIONS* New Policy - RepoMax Inc. and all employees will not assist in removal of heavy items (furniture, heavy equipment, large tools) loading into vehicles.
