Auction Terms & Conditions Registration: a) Before bidding you must read and accept the Terms and Conditions of Bidding. Read these terms carefully. When you click the "Register to Bid" button you enter into a binding legal agreement with Looking Glass Auctions. b) Registering to bid is free. You must provide a valid credit card during registration. This card will be charged for any items you win. Amount charged will include high bid price, Buyer's Premium and any applicable sales tax. Condition of Items: a) All items are sold "as is, where is." Descriptions are provided to help identify an item and create interest. It is up to the buyer to determine the condition of the item BEFORE they submit a bid. b) All items are available for preview prior to auction close. We will make every effort to disclose damage or flaws but make no representations or warranties, express or implied as to the condition of the item up for bid. We recommend that you visit the auction site to inspect any items you'd like to buy before bidding. c) No deductions will be allowed on damaged articles as all goods being exposed for public exhibition are sold "as is" and without recourse. Bidding: a) All bids submitted are final and irrevocable, whether they are submitted in person, online or by proxy. If you are the highest bidder you are the new owner of that item. All sales are final. b) Most items are sold without reserves, minimums or limits. Any items with a reserve will be declared so the bidder is fully aware that the item has a reserve price that must be met for the item to sell. c) Looking Glass Auctions reserves the right to refuse bids from any individual. Successful bidders are required to pay a Buyer's Premium on each item purchased. The Buyer's Premium is 15% on this auction. There will be a 3% discount for cash purchases. Bidder has 2 days from auction end to pay cash. On the third day, any unpaid invoices will be charged to the card on file. Payment: a) Purchases must be paid in full before items can be picked up. b) Any items not paid for or picked up within 5 days of the concluded auction will be deemed abandoned. Refunds will not be given on abandoned items. c) If Looking Glass Auctions cannot make available or deliver clear title on a purchase, the buyer is entitled to a full refund of the purchase price upon immediate return of the item. Item must be returned in the same condition as it was prior to the sale. d) Resellers must submit an ST-101 before the conclusion of the auction. Failure to do so will result in sales tax being charged. This form can be found on the Idaho State Tax website: tax.idaho.gov or a copy will be available to fill out inside Looking Glass at 848 N 4th Street in Coeur d'Alene. e) Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with a credit card. f) We will assume any mailing addresses more than 50 miles outside of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho will require shipping. If you require shipping your on-file credit card will be charged at the conclusion of the auction for your winning bids. Once shipping charges have been determined you will be invoiced and charged separately for shipping and handling. If you plan to pick up your items in person please let us know during registration if possible. Responsibility and Ownership: a) Every item becomes the responsibility of the new owner as soon as the online auction is concluded. If you are the highest bidder, you are responsible for insuring your purchase immediately. b) Buyer should come prepared to pack and load their items. We may be able to assist, but cannot guarantee staff will be available to assist everyone.
