TERMS OF SALE: Cash, certified funds or good and honorable personal or business check day of sale.  Any out of state checks must be accompanied by a letter of credit reference from your bank.  Master Card and Visa accepted. 3% buyer’s premium, with a 3% cash or check discount. In the event that your check is returned unpaid or insufficient funds (NSF), a fee of $25.00 will be charged to you.  We highly suggest you make sure funds are available at time of writing your check to avoid any NSF fees.  If you are purchasing items for resale and have a tax resale license, you must provide us with a copy of the license to keep on file for this sale and future sales.  If your license expires, then you must provide us with a new copy upon renewal.  AUCTIONEERS NOTE:  All items sold as is where is without recourse to owner or auctioneer.  Not responsible for accidents or injuries on premises.  No warranties or guarantees expressed or implied.  Nothing to be removed until settled for.   All items must be removed by 5:00 pm, Sept. 12, 2020, unless prior arrangements made.
