There is a $2,500 (TWO THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDERD DOLLARS) required deposit due at registration. This deposit may be made in cashier’s check, cash or by authorized hold on a credit card. 2. All persons acknowledge to have full knowledge of these “Terms and Conditions of Sale” and agree to be bound thereby. PLEASE NOTE: All terms and conditions will be strictly adhered to and if you are not able or unwilling to comply with the stated terms and conditions, PLEASE DO NOT BID. The auctioneer reserves the right to add one or more to the following “Terms and Conditions of Sale” by announcement at the sale. No employee is authorized to alter these terms. If the purchaser fails to comply with any of the stated and printed “Terms and Conditions of Sale” included but not limited to full payment, method of payment and removal of purchased goods, the auctioneer at his option may declare the purchaser in default and retain all monies paid as liquidated damages. 3. A signed purchase order will be required from the high bidder at the conclusion of the auction. The high and final bid price is subject to the approval and acceptance of the seller. 4. PREVIEW: Purchasers may inspect the tractors and are urged to do so on Tuesday August 11th & Wednesday August 12th from 11:00AM to 2:00PM and 10:00AM Thursday August 13, 2020, day of sale. The auctioneer and sellers make no warranty as to the condition of the merchandise. All goods are sold “AS IS” and “WHERE IS” and all sales are FINAL, PLEASE INSPECT ALL MERCHANDISE PRIOR TO BIDDING. 5. Tractors are sold “AS-IS, WHERE-IS” with no contingencies whatsoever. Sale is subject to a 10% buyer’s premium. The total of the high bid and the buyer’s premium will become the total purchase price. The balance of the purchase price must be paid by no later than 4:00PM FRIDAY AUGUST 14, 2020. Payment may be made in cash, cashier’s check onsite, or wire transfer. 7. REMOVAL OF ITEMS: Removal must be completed by 3:00 PM Tuesday August 18, 2020 unless the successful purchaser makes prior arrangements. Purchasers must remove the tractors at their own risk and liability. 8. In the event of a billing error the buyer is obligated to pay any deficiency upon presentation of a corrected bill. 9. Auctioneer reserves the right to resolve any dispute regarding bids or bidders and WILL EXECUTE ANY ONLINE, PHONE AND/OR ABSENTEE BIDS. 10. Record of the sale is being kept by the auctioneer & bookkeeper and will be taken as final in the event of any dispute. This sale is subject to 10% buyer’s premium. An additional 3% service fee is charged for credit card use. Tractors are subject to normal NJ state sales tax regulations, paid by the buyer at the MVC.
