A PUBLIC AUCTION OF IMPOUNDED VEHICLES Will be held on Monday, AUGUST 3 2020 at 10:00 am at the Water Resource Recovery Facility located at 1300 Market Ave SW. You must register for a bidder’s number beginning at 9AM. NOTE: American with Disabilities Act (ADA) provides for accommodations for all people who require them for attendance at City Auctions. The City invites those persons to make a request prior to sale date, so that necessary accommodations can be made. For further assistance call (616) 456-4665. VEHICLES TO BE OFFERED ARE LISTED BELOW AND A MINIMUM BID OF $200 WITH A 10% BUYER’S PREMIUM IS REQUIRED.
These vehicles may be inspected beginning at 9AM Sale Day Only. The sale begins at 10AM. All vehicles will be sold “AS-IS” with no warranty neither expressed nor implied. Full payment in cash or check shall be made at the time of the sale, otherwise the sale may be forfeited and revert back to the City. Vehicles shall be removed from the lot immediately after the sale until 6PM and on Tuesday & Wednesday following the sale from 9AM to 5PM.
