Stor-It Mini Warehouses is auctioning off defaulted units to the highest bidder, office located at 1941 E North Street, units located on 3 of their properties all within 1/4 mile to each other. Due to Covid-19 and trying to work with people in default we have a lot of units this time have not made any attempt to pay on their units.
We reserve the right to remove units up to the day of auction, if tenants decide to pay the amounts owed!

UNIT AUCTION RULES
1. All bidders must be registered and have a bidder’s number prior to bidding on any unit. A current Driver’s License is required. 2. All sales are final and must be paid for at close of the auction before you can enter or remove any contents. CASH ONLY FOR DEPOSITS. CREDIT CARD ADDITIONAL 3% FEE. 3. Winning bidders are to put their own lock on the unit along with a Stor-It lock which will be removed once the unit is paid for. We do have locks with 1 key available for sale at the office for $5.00 each if needed. 4. A CASH Clean-Out Deposit of $50 will be charged per unit and is refundable only after the unit is emptied and sweep clean. There will be a $2.00 charge for Money Order & Postage, if we need to mail your deposit to you. 5. Buyers will be given 48 hours to empty the units. Additional time maybe allowed due to weather conditions! 6. ANY Firearms found in units are to be turned into Stor-It Mini Warehouses Office according to Indiana State Law, and will be returned to buyer once cleared of any crime. 7. Any personal paperwork i.e. tax records, birth/death certificates or pictures can be boxed and turned into the office and we will attempt to return them to the owner. 8. Bidders will be given 5 minutes to look inside the units, NO touching or entering the units at any point during the auction process.
