2. A 13% Buyer's Premium applies to all purchases. This is a CASH ONLY sale. Payment must be made at Auction Orange - 1930 Castle Hayne Road, Wilmington on MONDAY August 3 from 12-6PM No other forms of payment are accepted.

3. NC sales tax will be charged on all purchases unless you have a valid reseller certificate on file.
4. In all disputes, the decision of the auctioneer is FINAL. Auction company may refuse bids for any reason.

It is strongly recommended that bidders bid EARLY, in case of any connection or internet issues at the closing of the auction. Auctioneer has the right to stop or delay the auction in the event of any issue that may, in the opinion of the auctioneer, affect the ability of bidders to submit bids.. 6. Pick up is at TILLER & LANIER - 7 Jacksonville St. Wilmington NC beginning TUESDAY, August 4 from 11-5PM You must bring your PAID receipt and proper permits to purchase the items. You must be able to pass a NICS check. Failure to pass a NICS check will not entitle the buyer to a refund. Please note there is a $25 legal transfer fee per gun, payable to Tiller & Lanier when you pick up your item. Failure to pick up items within 14 days after the auction closing time will result in items being considered abandoned. Abandoned items will become property of the auction company to be resold for storage fees without a refund. Please adhere to the pickup time!
