ONLINE ONLY STORAGE UNIT AUCTION Closing date Friday, August 7th @ Noon PICK UP ONLY AT LOCATION: The auction location is on the NE side of Cedar Rapids. Winning bidder will receive the exact Payment: The credit card used to register for the auction will be charged at the conclusion of the auction. There will be a separate $250 deposit charged to ensure the winning bidder takes everything. If the unit is cleaned out completely with nothing left over the $250 deposit will be refunded. The 15% Terms: You will be bidding on (1) lot which includes the entire contents of 2 adjoining storage units. Units must be cleaned out within 10 days of the close of the auction (before August 17th). You must set up a date/time with the owner to clean out the units. Units must be cleaned out in 1 day. Owners contact info will be given to you in the invoice emailed to you after payment is confirmed. You must take everything in the two units to get your deposit back. There has been a general description of the items in these units provided. Nothing has been tested and everything is selling “as is” There is much more in these units than has been listed. Winning bidder must pick up everything out of these units regardless if it was pictured or listed. Winning bidder must bring the proper boxes and/or equipment for removal. Winning bidder must bring his/her own help to remove items. There will be no more items added to these units after pictured IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PICK ITEMS UP DURING PICKUP TIMES PLEASE DO NOT BID. Address of pick up location will be emailed to you on your invoice of items you purchased. No items will be released until payments are collected.
