FFL Laws Apply: This will be an FFL regulated sale, with photo ID required and FFL forms being completed at pick-up. Kaufman Realty & Auctions of WV will not be able to accept bids from California & Canada residents. We are unable to ship to those locations. All firearms will be shipped to an FFL gun dealer of the buyer's choice from Kaufman Realty & Auctions of WV and buyer will be charged for actual shipping and insurance. All buyers will need to provide to Kaufman Realty & Auctions LLC the contact & shipping information of their dealer and the buyer's dealer is responsible for ALL necessary paperwork for firearm purchases.
