There are NO warranties expressed or implied on any of the merchandise. Bidders acknowledge that by bidding they accept the auctioneers description when they bid on a particular item. Mahalo Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Invoices will be sent to all winning bidders the morning following each auction. Family members and/or employees of Mahalo Auctions are allowed to bid. A 15% buyers premium will be added to all purchased lots and any applicable SC state sales tax. Invoices to be paid within 24 hours following the close of the auction per the payment instructions. Unless prior arrangements are made, any credit card payment that is declined will be charged a $10.00 fee per transaction. Any items remaining unpaid after the end of the auction will be forfeited to Mahalo Auctions. We are not responsible for any items damaged in transit for shipping. Any further arrangements for items dropped off at shipper are between shipper and buyer. Buyers waive any and all rights to initiate a credit card charge back against the transaction and/or the seller. Bidders will also pay any and all court fees associated with any dispute of this contract. Mahalo Auctions is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur on-site during pick-up. Any item listed as 'Local Pickup Only' must be removed from property during stated pickup day/time-anything listed as such WILL NOT be transported to the UPS store-these items will also forfeit to Mahalo Auctions. PLEASE BRING HELP LOADING HEAVY ITEMS AND PACKING MATERIALS. THERE WILL BE NO ON-SITE HELP AVAILABLE. The UPS Store will charge for packing and shipping of items and they do not ship or store furniture. Shipping costs and all other fees charged are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
