PLEASE READ ALL Auction Wednesday July 29th will be bidding on our premise and a live web cast on the internet for internet bidding. Pre bidding will be on line 5 days before the main auction begins, opening bids will be the amount in the pre-bidding of the auction. The auction begins at 4 pm until 5 pm for box lots. To bid on box lots, you must be in person as box lots will not be on the internet web cast. 5:00 pm the main auction begins with internet bidding and live floor bidding on our premise. Chips and cold beverages will be available. Port-o-let will be on premise. Due to Covid 19 and by the direction of the Preble County Health Director we will be following these guidelines: Live bidding will be conducted from our parking lot. Along with the live bidding we will broadcast via HiBid real time internet bidding. We recommend you bring your own chairs for parking lot seating and all chairs must be placed 6 feet apart to maintain social distancing. When the auction begins, no one will be allowed in the building.
PREVIEW INFORMATION Preview will be held on Monday July 27 and Tuesday July 28 from 12 noon to 6 pm By restrictions set by the Preble County of Health Dept, only 10 people permitted in the building at one time, masks will be mandatory and 6 foot social distancing to be maintained. You may be asked to wait outside for the preview if the max of 10 people are in the building. INTERNET BIDDING PICK UP TIMES For winning internet bidders pick up will be Friday July 31 from 10 am to 7 pm and Saturday August 1 from 10 am to 7 pm NO PICK UPS ON THURSDAY JULY 28TH – BUILDING WILL BE CLOSED
