From the fairgrounds in Alma- travel south on Alger Rd 1 ½ miles to sale site. From Ithaca- travel west on Washington Rd 3 miles to Alger, then north 3 ½ miles to sale site. Watch for Pioneer Auction Signs!

High bidder will pay a $5000.00 nonrefundable deposit in certified funds per purchase (Alma Abstract & Title) due on auction day at time of accepted high bid. Buyer and seller will split closing cost 50/50. Seller will provide owners title insurance. Closing will be within 45 days of auction!
