TERMS: There is an 18% Buyer’s Premium in effect for this auction. Everything sells on an “As is, where is, in place” basis with NO warranties or guarantees of any kind. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect before bidding. Everything is to be paid for within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction. Payment may be made with cash, check with positive ID, Visa, MC, Discover, AMEX, Wire Transfer or certified funds. There is an additional 3% convenience fee for credit card use. Removal will be on Thursday and Friday July 16-17. Removal is the buyer’s responsibility, expense and risk.
