This Auction is being held to benefit the Madison County Indiana 4H Association in a effort to raise funds to conduct the 4H shows for the 2020 year. As you are probably aware, Purdue University has controling authority over 4H events in Indiana. Due to the Covid 19 Crisis Purdue has implemented safety restrictions that limit and restrict many elements to our normal 4 H project exhibitions. These restrictions in addition to the canceling of the traditional "Fair" for the 2020 season means that no revenue will be created to cover the costs. Despite these challenges, the Madison County 4H Board voted to continue with the showing of live animals during the week normally scheduled for the 4H Fair. It is our hope that the following Auction items will be sold providing much needed revenue to cover the expenses so that our hard working 4 H members and their families can show their animals and you as a Bidder can help us do it! So how does this auction work what are we selling? This is a Timed Online -Only Auction that will begin on Friday July 3rd and end on Wed July 15th at 9pm. We are offering Showring and live simulcast sponsorship titles for each day of the event to be sold to the highest bidders. The winning bidder will receive a large banner with the name and logo of choice to be displayed in the showring and numerous live mentions during that particular show. The winning bidder of the live Simulcast Auction will receive a digital banner/trailer to promote their name or business of choice during the live simulcast feed for spectators who cannot attend.
