ONE OWNER ESTATE AUCTION. In order to settle the estate of longtime Gladwin residents Dale and Barbara Dye the following will be sold to the highest bidders. This sale features; 2001 Saturn sedan, lawn and garden, tools and household items. Please carefully review the terms and conditions prior to bidding on any item. Notes: - All successful bidders will be charged a 13% internet premium if paying with credit card. - All successful bidders will be charged a 10% internet premium if paying with cash or check. - Cash, MI Check or Credit Card is accepted. - Items can be paid for on the scheduled pickup date. - The credit card used to register will automatically be charged the full amount of any won items after 48 hours of the auction if payment has not been made. - The pickup location for items will be contained on the paid invoice of successful bidders/buyers location in the Gladwin, MI area. - Any succesful bidder/buyer of a vehicle must bring proof of insurance on pickup day in order to drive the vehicle off location. If no insurance is supplied, vehicle must be trailered off the lot. - Pickup date and time is Tuesday 6/9/2020 from 10 AM until 6 PM at the location disclosed on the winning bidders receipt. -Any and all items must be picked up on the pickup day unless other arrangements have been made. - John Peck Auctions does not currently offer any shipping options.
