All items sold “as-is & where is without warranty of any kind expressed or implied.” 18% Buyer’s Premium in effect. Cash Buyers will receive a 3% Discount on this Premium if the Cash Payment Terms are met. Cash Buyers must email peggy@bclauction.com by 6 AM the morning following the close of the auction notifying her that they will be in by Noon to pay by Cash. These Buyers will be charged a 15% Buyer’s Premium. CASH PAYMENTS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED AT 6128 BARTMER AVE. BEFORE NOON ON APRIL 9TH. ALL CASH PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE PRIOR TO PICKING UP AT THE AUCTION SITE. Sales tax will be collected. If your purchase qualifies for resale, you must email your Resale Number and a copy of your Resale Certificate to peggy@bclauction.com. Declined Credit Card & Late Pay Penalty: If Cash is not received by Noon, the Credit Card on File will be processed and the 18% Buyer’s Premium will be charged. If the credit card on file is declined, a $25.00 Late Fee will incur. If payment has still not been secured by 4 PM on Day 1 of Item Removal, a $50.00 Late Fee will incur.
