All payments will be done by credit card on file. Please make sure you register with the card that will be used for payment. Do not accept the terrms and conditions on this sale before you change the card. The card in the system at the time you accpet the terms will be the one the system make us use.

Once merchandise has been left for 15 days, it will be considered abandoned and revert to the property of the auction house. Storage fees will be accessed for each lot including $5 day for small lots and $10 a day for furniture

These are crazy times folks. Is an auction company essential? Yes....we liquidate estates so people can buy and sell homes. We will continue having online only auctions. The pickup will be different though. We will schedule in 15 minute intervals and only one family per interval. We will have your items outside waiting for you and you must bring help to load from that point.
