This is a 100% no-contact auction from start to finish. All purchased items will be shipped. If you would rather pick up your items you must be patient and wait until restrictions have lifted for Berks County, Pennsylvania as we are currently in PA’s “RED” phase. There will be NO STORAGE FEES. All items are to be paid for with credit card. No exceptions.
Internet Premium: 18%
Sales Tax: 6% PA Sales tax only where applicable. Residents of any state are required to pay sales tax unless an exemption number is submitted.
Participation Requirements: Valid credit card required to register on Proxibid for approval.
Payment: Credit Card payment only, all major credit cards accepted. Credit Cards will be charged immediately following closing of auction. Shipping and packing fees will be a separate charge.
Currency Type: USD
Shipping Instructions: All items will be shipped. Please notify auction company immediately if you would like to have the items held for pick up until after COVID-19 regulations are lifted for businesses in Berks County Pennsylvania. Items will be stored for no fee. Items for this auction will be shipped utilizing in-house shipping ($5 handling and packing fee will be applied to each package) or you can arrange third-party shipping through The UPS Store, Douglassville PA by contacting them directly at 610-385-3500 or store6828@theupsstore.com

Pick-Up Date & Time: All items will be shipped unless the auction company is otherwise notified. Please notify auction company immediately if you would like to have the items held for pick up until after COVID-19 regulations are lifted for businesses in Berks County Pennsylvania. Email KimberlyKAuctions@gmail.com immediately following the conclusion of auction.
Special Terms: Please notify auction company immediately if you would like to have the items held for pick up until after COVID-19 regulations are lifted for businesses in Berks County Pennsylvania. You must bring your own manpower and tools to dismantle, carry, pack, load, etc. of your purchased items. Please bring your own boxes and wrapping material. We are NOT liable for any damage to any items. Buyers should contact Auction Company immediately if you wish to pick up your items, otherwise it is assumed that the items need to be shipped. If picking up they must be picked up at the scheduled removal time and location -NO Exceptions. All items must be paid for in full before removal. No pets at removal location.
If payment is not made or if credit card is declined, bidder assumes no ownership. Title only passes when payment clears. In addition, payment must be made to third party shipper within one week of shipper contact, otherwise the item(s) are declared abandoned by you with no further claims to ownership by you and no return of funds.
The auction is being conducted online based in Berks County Pennsylvania. These Terms and Conditions are entered into in Berks County PA regardless of the physical location of the bidder, the seller or the Auctioneer. All property is offered for sale in Berks County PA and will be knocked down based on the home base of Berks County PA. Each bidder has made a willing and knowing election to participate in the Auction, and to engage in the transactions arising from and/or related to the auction based in Berks County Pennsylvania.
Auction Company reserves the right to solicit "absentee bids" from buyers and to initiate said bids on their behalf.
