**BY PLACING A BID, BIDDER CERTIFIES THAT THEY HAVE READ AND WILL ABIDE BY ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS STATED BELOW.

**ON-LINE BIDDING
This is a timed, Online-only Auction; the highest bid online when the bidding closes will be the winning bid for the item.
This auction will incorporate a "SOFT CLOSE". Bidding within the last minute before the closing of an item will extend the bidding time by an additional minute. This prevents individuals from placing a bid on an item at the last second in order to prevent others from bidding more.
BUYERS PREMIUM: Buyers premiums do apply on all on-line purchases. See details per auction.

All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranty or guarantees, expressed or implied, by the seller or Koons Auctions. Bidders accept all auction items/property "WITH ALL FAULTS", whether or not immediately apparent. It is strongly recommended that bidders thoroughly inspect items before placing a bid. Items are described as accurately as possible, but do not represent any guarantee by the seller or Koons Auctions.
By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have inspected the item to their satisfaction.

Multiple photos will be included in item descriptions whenever possible; however, photos may or may not fully represent the item. An invoice and payment instructions will be sent to each buyers registered email at the close of

Payment must be received at time of checkout and pickup following the conclusion of the auction.
If payment is not received or payment arrangements made within 48 Hours after the conclusion of the auction, the buyer will lose all right, title and interest to the item(s), including any and all moneys.
Auction items will not be released for pickup until payment is made in full.
FAILURE to comply with these terms will prohibit bidder from participating in future live or on-line auctions conducted by Koons Auctions.

**ITEM PICKUP:
Removal and/or transportation of item(s) won on auction shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the buyer. Any Items not removed at the alotted checkout time, unless arrangements have been made and agreed upon by seller, will be considered abandoned and the purchaser will lose all right, title and interest to the property, including any and all moneys from the buyer.
FAILURE to pickup/pay for items WILL result in buyer being PERMANENTLY BANNED from future auctions.
BRING WITH YOU: Loading HELP, Tools, Carts, Packing materials, Load straps, Chains, Binders and any other items you may need to load, pack and haul your purchases.
Some Items may need to be move up or down stairs. Bring Adequate Help With You.
**RETURNED CHECK FEES:
A fee of $40.00 + ALL cost's to recover will be assessed on returned checks and may result in the bidder being denied access to future auctions.

We value our customer's safety greatly. We are making a few changes regarding pick-up/checkout for our auction that closes 3/26/2020.
In accordance with Governor Walz's mandate 3/25/2020, we will be altering our checkout. We are asking our local buyers who usually pick their items up to please contact Richard at Koons Auction & Appraisals by phone (507) 236-2902 or email at koonsonline@koonsauction.com to make payment and pick-up arrangements. We will offer free storage for your items until after the "Shelter in Place" mandate is lifted, at which time we will have a scheduled pick-up day. If pick-up does not work for you, we will ship your items, at your expense.
This will not affect those of you who already intended to have your items shipped.
