All items are sold as-is, where-is. A 15% Buyers Premium is applied to each item. All bidders are required to register for a bidder number in order to bid in Alderfer Online Auctions. Bidders are required to provide a credit card number at the time of registration which will be charged for all winning bids at the conclusion of the auction. Accepted credit cards include VISA and MasterCard. Once the auction closing time goes into effect the items close at a rate of 5 lots per minute in sequential order unless there is active bidding within the final 3 minutes of the auction and the auto-extended feature is activated. The auto-extend feature will be activated in the case of bids placed in the last 3 minutes prior to the closing of each lot. This prohibits all sniping software and activity. It is necessary to constantly refresh your browser during the last few minutes of the sale so that you are aware of any lot time extensions, as well as during the time extensions as they will continue to extend in 3 minute intervals until competitive bidding ends. It is recommended that customers use the maximum bid option to avoid confusion at the close of the sale, however, if two customers place the same maximum amount, the computer will automatically take the first one placed. *By placing bids you are acknowledging agreement with Alderfer Auction terms and conditions included herein and elsewhere on our website. We do not supply tools or packing materials. Please review all of the photos of your lots so that you are prepared with tools for any necessary disassembly, and enough boxes and packing materials for your purchases.

Pick-up times are scheduled prior to the auction opening so that you are able to make arrangements to remove your purchases during that time. The advertised pick-up times are the only times available for removal of your items. No refunds will be given should items purchased fail to be picked up during the advertised pick-up time frame.
