All items are sold as is where is. We do charge tax unless proper tax form is provided. There is a 15% BP that will apply to each invoice. If you do not wish to pay by CC then please say so in the NOTES section when signing up. All items will be available for pickup the Friday & Saturday following the closeing of the auction. If you need more time please contact us at 2813817542 to schedule another time. All items must be picked up with in the days allowed for this Auction. Any item not picked up with in that time frame will be forfited. Shipping is provided. Shipping charges will be charged to ticket at time of payment processing. Welcome all, Thank you for joining our Magnolia Estate Online Auction. I am planning on having over 500 lots for this Auction so we will be uploading in Sections. So what you see now will not be all of it. Keep looking. This auction will end Febuary 13th at 7pm central time and close every 30 seconds after so get your bids in and dont mis out. We are trying to be as descriptive as possible but please make sure and see pics for the specifics. We stand behind what we say 100%. If it is listed as is that means it is what you get. You are welcome to view items just call 2813817542 to schedule. Pick up will be The Friday & Saturday following the auction with overflow welcome on Sunday with appointment. This is also an Auction we will ship from for its not far from the shop. So if you need your items shipped you must let us know asap. Shipping cost will be applied to the ticket total. We will not have help to pack and load your items so please bring what you need. There is easy access for trailers if needed.
