ONSITE BIDDERS:
1) Pay for all items today, and leave at your own risk.
2) Knight Auction Service LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
3) Any item not remove from the Knight Auction Center by 9:30 AM the Monday following the sale will become the property of Knight Auction Service LLC.
4) Anything electrical, plug it in while you are here, if it doesn't work we will sell it again.
5) Once an item leaves the building, all warranty is off.
6) Auction specific terms and conditions will be announced at the beginning of the auction.
7) Knight Auction Service LLC is not responsible for accidents.

ONLINE BIDDERS:
All items sell as is, where is with any and all faults or flaws. Items sell with no warranty stated or implied.
ITEM PREVIEW DAY: Bidders can call Knight Auction Service LLC at (417) 532-7497 to arrange for a time to preview items. Items will also be available for inspection on the Sunday of an auction at The Knight Auction Center. Doors open at 10 AM on Sunday sales and 8 AM on all other days.
LOAD OUT/PICK-UP: Winning bidders must pick up their items the morning after the auction starting at 9 AM. Bidders are responsible for contacting Knight Auction Service LLC by 4:00 PM the day after the auction. If an item is being shipped, the bidder needs to contact Knight Auction Service LLC to make arrangements. Any item not picked up the day following the auction will incure a storage fee of $5 per day. Any itme not picked up after 7 days, will be sold to pay for storage.
SHIPPING: Knight Auction Service LLC will ship items AT BUYER'S EXPENSE. If you have questions about whether we will ship an item please contact us BEFORE YOU BID! Shipping will be charged to buyer at actual cost plus a $5 per box handling and packing fee. Knight Auction Service, LLC shall not be held responsible for breakage or shortages due to shipping.
AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase.
BUYER'S PREMIUM: a 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. Example: If you bid $100.00, you will be charged $110.00 at check out.
PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover , wire transfer & cash. Payment must be made when items are picked up or prior to shipping if applicable. The card you have on file will be charged immediately following the auction.
WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. When you are not certain of the condition or use of an item please bid accordingly.
CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description.
The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction. The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event or to make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times.
