This auction will liquidate the estate of Mr. Gary Shellnut, who owned and operated I-30 ornamental Concrete & Iron works and I-30 Courts. We conducted an auction here last year to liquidate the concrete statuary inventory. The molds in this sale are the molds from several of those items.

Some of the items offered from the Iron works shop will include the iron arch & columns at the entrance to I-30 Courts, wire feed welders, air compressors, fancy wedding arch (2 pc), plasma cutter, work tables, portable & stationary tubing benders, iron stock racks & heavy duty shelving, some new iron stock, cast iron fence picket arrows & decorative scrolls, post caps & spires, sections of iron fencing & small gates, ornamental iron wall hangings, cool metal "crossed 6-guns" metal wall hanging, metal cactus, misc. small iron decorative hand made pieces, cast iron inserts & decorative panels, 2 chops saws, short iron stock & barrels of scrap iron, portable aluminum building ribs & panels, concrete blocks, and more related items.

There will also be a selection of ornamental concrete & plaster items - address blocks, running hog statues, bird baths, tables and other misc. concrete items, 50+ concrete molds for frogs, turtles, cats, squirrels, bench sides & tops, stepping stones, bird baths & pedestals, Buddhas, female figures, fence posts, top hand railing, fern posts, car parking blocks and other shaped molds, some fiberglass, some silicone. 

I-30 courts will offer large AS-IS lots of scrap air conditioners, stoves & refrigerators, assorted furniture and misc. decor items from the Courts spread throughout the auction including a small wood stove, several gas heat stoves, antique cream separator stand, Mercury 9.8 hp motor, iron bunk bed, twin headboard, full size frame, cedar gun cabinet, cedar benches, antique seeder, cream separator, cast iron skillets and other items of interest.  

There is a HUGE Stationary custom made BBQ Smoker, 5 burner gas hook up & wood fire box, 7' tall x 43" wide x 63 1/2" long w/ 4 - 5' x 8" electric rotisserie baskets that will be offered at NOON. (you move)

 I-30 Courts will also offer a total of 23 abandoned storage units.

Terms: we will accept cash, check W/ proper I.D., credit & debit cards. Everything is offered in AS-IS condition.No power in the sale areas inside. Bring a flashlight. No mechanical loader available. Bring your own help to load. All items MUST be removed by Thursday 2/13 @ 5pm or forfeited.
