REGISTRATION To bid you will need to register and create a user name and password. Returning bidders will need to ensure all information is up to date. PAYMENT All winning bidders MUST pay by credit card or cash at time of pickup. BUYER'S PREMIUM A 10% buyer's fee will be added to your invoice total. (Example: If the total for all items purchased is $100.00, the Buyer's Premium applied will be $10.00. Your total invoice is $110.00) ACCURACY Every effort has been made to provide the proper details, information, descriptions and pictures for each lot. However, accuracy can not be guaranteed, Each bidder is encouraged to fully inspect the items before bidding. WARRANTY No items come with any warranty or return options. All items are sold as-is, where-is, without warranty expressed or implied. AUCTION CHANGES Occassionally lots may need to be added, combined, or removed without notice. SOFT CLOSING Our online auctions are designed to give everyone the opportunity to participate and bid. At the designated time the auction is set to begin closing, each lot closes in sequential order. If a bid is placed on a lot within three minutes of its closing time, the lot will remain open for three additional minutes. SUCCESSFUL HIGH BIDDER If you are the successful high bidder, you are responsible to pay for the lot(s) that you have won at the price of your final bid, including the buyers premium. Failure to pay for your purchase will result in a permanent ban from future auctions. PICKUP/REMOVAL Buyer is responsible for pick up and removal of all items won. Auction company will not be available to wrap, pack or load any items. Please bring all necessary supplies, equipment & people needed for you take your items. SHIPPING Shipping is available for most items at an additional cost to buyer. For each winning bidder needing items shipped, the auction company will collect a handling & packing fee of $10 for the first lot, then $5 for each lot there after. Your item(s) will be shipped via USPS in the most economical way deemed possible by auction company. No items will be shipped until all items, handling, packing & shipping fees have been paid in full.

Online-Only Personal Property Auction With a lot of nice tools and shop items, I would suggest taking your time to look at all the lots for this auction. Items of good quality are spread throughout the whole auction, not just the first handful of lots. There is also a nice selection of furniture, home goods and vintage items. There's sure to be something for everyone!
