At traffic light, cross railroad tracks, go straight, then bear right onto Sunbury Road, go 3 blocks, turn left on Ave G, then proceed approx.. 3.2 miles. You will see a Cotner Farms Shipping & Receiving sign on right (blue w/ white chicken), turn left & follow approx.. ½ mile to Cotner Farms on the left. AUCTION TERMS: Manure will be sold by the ton with minimum of 100 ton. Before any manure can be removed, the following CAFO requirements must be met: 1. Nutrient Balance Sheets; 2. Current soil test within the last 3 years. Down payment of 20% at time of auction, balances to paid in 250-ton increments, or at time of final delivery of buyer’s order, whichever occurs first. An Import/Export Agreement must be completed upon settling for down payment. Announcements made day of auction will take precedent over printed material
