8:All firearms by law will be transfered from our licensed premisis located at 23145 W Hwy 290, Harper TX 78631. We will do transfers up until 5:00pm CST after the auction on 8/23/25. We will be available on Sunday 8/24/25 from 10:00am-3:00pm for background checks. If you are unable to do your background check on Saturday or Sunday you will need to schedule an appointment during the week to come in for your background check.

Make sure you understand times the money bidding before you bid. If you see a RED box at the top right hand corner of the lot you are bidding on and it says a number with an X beside it that means you are going to spend however many times the monay as what it says in that box. For instance if you are bidding on 5 boxes of ammo and there is a red box that says 5X and you win the bid for $5.00 that means you will be paying $25.00 in total. 5 times the money.
Any items purchased and not removed from Garrett Auctions premisis within 5 business days will be forfieted and resold as Garrett Auctions property.
