3. DEPOSIT: A 10% Earnest money deposit is required on the day of sale. Balance due on or before 45 days post auction. Earnest money deposit is nonrefundable and cannot be paid with a credit card.

The auction will consist of multiple rounds of bidding allowing a prospective buyer to bid on any parcel, combination of parcels, or the entire offered property. The MULTI-PAR SM system allows successful initial bidders the opportunity to re-enter the auction after initial combinations have been opened. It is essential for winning bidders (both online and onsite) to remain at the auction until the sale is declared final and over. An initial bidder may go from a winning position to a losing position and back to winning without ever raising their bid! This applies to all online as well as all in person bidders.
