Auction Terms and Conditions: All items will be sold in AS-IS, WHERE-IS condition at the time of auction.  All buyers are expected and encouraged to make a reasonable inspection of the items before bidding and buying.  Once the auctioneer declares the items sold, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the seller nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.  By registering for the auction, all registrants agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by Border Town Auctions. 

Payment Terms and Conditions:  We accept Cash or Checks as a form of payment.  We also accept the use of Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  Payments made with the use of Credit or Debit Cards will be subject to a 4% buyers fee in addition to the final invoice total.  Payments made with the use of Cash or Approved Check will have the 4% buyers fee waived on personal property item purchases only.
