There is no warranty of any type expressed or implied as to the fitness or merchantability for any particular purpose of any goods offered in this auction. Buyers understand that all lots and items are offered as used and therefore have some level of wear or damage and are at some level of defective. TITLES: Titles for any vehicles will be sent to buyer 10-15 business days following receipt of payment once payment has cleared. Titles for any vehicles paid for in cash will be available at the Auction Gallery office upon payment.

PAYMENT: Invoice must be paid in full before taking possession of the items. For vehicle purchases of $2,500.00 or more, payment must be made in the form of cash, check (with positive ID, Mountaineer Auction approval, and accompanying bank letter of credit), certified or cashier’s check, or wire transfer. For all other purchases credit cards are accepted with the additional 3% transactional fee.

ITEM REMOVAL: Pickup is available on a scheduled and designated date and time only set up with Mountaineer Auctions. Mountaineer Auctions does not offer shipping, delivery, or storage services. Winning buyers must bring help to load and supplies to pack & secure their items. Mountaineer Auctions will have boxes available at pickup. If the winning bidder wishes to have items shipped, they must arrange prior to the auction with a local third-party vendor at their own expense. Removal is at the buyer's sole obligation, risk and expense.
