DISPUTES: If a dispute arises between two or more bidders, the Auctioneers reserve the right to reopen the bidding. In the event of non delivery of purchased items for any reason whatsoever, the Auctioneer's only obligation and liability to the purchaser is to return the monies deposited for such non delivered items.
