We may charge your card a refundable deposit up to 50% of the total invoice, unless contact is made and wire transfer is arranged. This deposit will be refunded once the wire transfer is completed. NO EXCEPTIONS. If your shipping address and billing address are not the same, we may require a wire transfer. If you require shipping on your items as a first time buyer, we will ship your winnings once your payment has cleared this could take up to 7-10 business days. There is a $50 NSF fee on all returned checks and a $30 fee for all declined credit cards plus any other fees incured from unsuccessful transactions. ** Out of town customers may pay by credit card or wire transfer ** All Buyers: We may require a wire transfer on large invoices, if we do require a wire transfer, we will secure a deposit up to 50% of the invoice amount on your credit card on file unless contact is made with us within 2 business days and wire transfer is arranged. We do not ship most large items, some glassware or guns and ammunition. **All out of country buyers: Invoices must be paid with a wire transfer, there are no exceptions. We reserve the right to charge a 50% hold on your card on file until the full amount is paid. This amount will be refunded once the transfer is complete. ** Shipping and Handling costs are not included in the winning bid. You will receive a second invoice after we have packaged your items and gotten them ready to be shipped. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a paid in full invoice including shipping costs and the tracking number. ** Adult Signature and insurance will be added to ALL packages over $500 we may add signature and insurance on lesser priced, higher value packages also. Packages will be mailed to the address on file unless noted at time of registry NO EXCEPTIONS ** Most items will be shipped within 3-5 business days after the close of the auction or after funds have cleared. ** Auctioneer is not responsible for items damaged, lost or stolen during shipping. We will package everything in house, as economically as possible and to the best of our ability. ** All invoices MUST be paid at time of pick up. NO EXCEPTIONS. ** All items must be picked up on scheduled pick up day unless previous arrangements have been made, payment is still expected on the scheduled pick up day. If you do not make arrangements for your items to be held after pick up a $20.00 per day fee will be added to the winning bid on all items not picked up on the scheduled pick up day. Items not picked up within five (5) days from the close of the auction will be considered abandoned and the winning bidder will forfeit all rights to the item. ** If you do not pay your invoice, you will not be able to bid on our auctions again, we will ban you and leave negative feedback for future auctioneers. **All items are described to the best of our ability, descriptions are believed to be accurate but not warranted.
