This is a unit Auction for Stor-It Mini Warehouses on Defaulted Units. Cash ONLY from highest Bidder with a $50 refundable clean-out deposit per unit. You will have 2 days to empty units. Bring your own Lock to place on units if you are the top bidder. Our own version of "Storage Wars" Auctions
Listing Information
All bidders must Pre-register for a bidder number by calling 765-452-1941 or stop by 1941 Auction House located at 1941 E North St Kokomo Indiana.  We are selling these Defaulted Storage Units for Stor-It Mini Warehouses, they have reserved the right for tenants to redeem their unit(s) until the day of the auction.  At this time there are 11 units being auctioned by Auctioneer Dan Otto.  
 
A CASH Clean-Out Deposit of $50 per unit will be collected, as long as the unit is empty and sweep out this deposit is returned to the top bidders.  WE DO NOT SUPPLY A DUMPSTER AND NOTHING CAN BE LEFT ON PROPERTY.  We will attempt to return personal papers i.e. tax records, birth/death certificates, pictures etc. to the defaulting tenants IF bidder will place in a box with the unit number written on it and bring to the office.
 
Any firearms found in units must be turned into the office (PLEASE HANDLE WITH CARE TO PRESERVE ANY FINGERPRINTS ON WEAPONS), we will have a police check done to clear it from any criminal activity, and as long as they are cleared, they WILL be returned to the winning bidder.
 
We only accept Cash, Credit or Debit Cards for payments, NO CHECKS!
 
Our auction process is as follows (like Storage Wars on TV): All unit doors will be unlocked and bidders will be able to look at contents from the doorways only, bidding will proceed, top bidder will place their own lock on unit along with our lock, once unit is paid for we remove our lock and bidder will have 48 hrs to removed and sweep clean the units, at that time the clean-out deposit of $50 will be returned. 
 
We do have locks at the office that can be purchased for $5.00
