Auction Terms and Conditions:  All items will be sold in AS-IS, WHERE-IS Condition at the time of auction. We expect and encourage all bidders to make a reasonable inspection of the items before bidding.  Once the auctioneer declares the items sold, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the seller nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.  All invoices shall be paid in full the day of auction.  By registering for the auction and obtaining a bidder number, all registrants are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the auction set forth by the auction company. 

Payment Terms and Conditions:  We accept Cash or Check with proper and satisfactory photo ID.  We also accept the use of Credit or Debit Cards as a form of Payment.  The use of Credit or Debit Cards as payment will be subject to a 4% buyers fee in addition to the final invoice total.  Payments made with the use of Cash of Approved Check will have the 4% buyers fee waived on Personal Property Items Purchased Only.  All invoice shall be paid the day of auction.  All announcements made the day of auction shall supercede any printed ads, social media ads, or internet advertising.
