Terms & Conditions 1.All Sales are Final, items sold "as is, where is" 2.Every bid is final and irrevocable. 3.15% Buyers Premium 4.Payment in full is required on day of sale or at pick up before removing your items. 5.All items must be picked up on the day after the sale unless prior arrangements have been made. 6.Any item left over 20 days will be sold at the auctioneers' convenience. 7.Auctioneer has the right to accept bids in the increments he chooses. He may also have the right to pass on any bid he feels is not in the best interest of his client. If you plan to pay by cash or check please contact our office when you register so we can make that note, otherwise the card you registered with will be charged. All sales will be processed immediately after the sale. Shipping 1. We will ship smaller items from this auction. Cost is $10 per box plus cost of shipping, we use FEDEX or USPS only. Charges will be placed on your invoice. Please let us know when you register if you will want us to ship the items to you. 2.Pick up dates for all online auctions is the day afterward between 10am - 5pm CST. 3.Pick up Dates For live auctions you can remove your items from the auction house the night of the sale and the day after from Noon - 2:30pm CST.

This auction is to settle the estate of the Barnharts. We have furniture, several antique pieces, mid century, couches, tables, washer, dryer, refridgerator, freezer, lots of decor items, something for every holiday on the calander, we will have lots of box lots starting at $1.00 as well. This auction runs from Nov 23rd through Dec 2nd. Pick up will be on Dec 3rd & 4th from Noon to 630pm. Any items left over 20 days will be sold at auction. Remember you are incouraged to come look at the items before you buy, if you depend on the photos and you miss something that is not our fault as we are clear in all our advertisement that we sell AS IS WHERE IS with any and all faults.
