Any action at law or judicial proceeding instituted by any Party relating to this Agreement shall be instituted and maintained only in the state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona. 1. EVERYTHING MUST BE PAID FOR IN-FULL WITHIN 3 DAYS OF THE AUCTION CLOSING, REGARDLESS OF WHEN IT IS PICKED UP. Items that have been left unpaid after 3 days of the auction date will become property of Pot of Gold Estate Liquidations, LLC DBA AZFirearms.com and resold at the discretion of Pot of Gold Estate Liquidations, LLC DBA AZFirearms.com, and this will result in the bidder being blocked from future auctions. Pot of Gold Estate Liquidations, LLC DBA AZFirearms.com requires that all items be picked up within 10 days of the auction. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 10 DAYS WILL BE FORFEITED (INCLUDING ANY AND ALL MONIES PAID FOR THE ITEM OR ITEMS). Due to Federal Regulations, we are unable to sell any firearm-related merchandise outside of the United States. ****Local Buyers will pick up their firearms from MAD Partners Inc following payment. MAD Partners Inc is located at 10723 W Indian School Rd, Avondale, AZ 85392. 7. Pot of Gold Estate Liquidations, LLC DBA AZFirearms.com reserves the right to accept bids in any increment that Pot of Gold Estate Liquidations, LLC DBA AZFirearms.com deems necessary. Consignor agrees to not remove any items after the contract is signed. Consignor agrees that reserve prices must be discussed, agreed upon, and notated on the signed contract, prior to signing the contract. 14b. Occasionally consignors will bring items that Pot of Gold Estate Liquidations, LLC DBA AZFirearms.com ultimately are unable to sell due to condition or value. When that occurs, consignors agree, as spelled out here in Clause #14 in our Terms and Conditions, to pick up items within 10 days of notification (usually via email) by Pot of Gold Estate Liquidations, LLC DBA AZFirearms.com, or else those items will be forfeited, to be disposed of at Pot of Gold Estate Liquidations, LLC DBA AZFirearms.comï¿½s discretion.
