You must bring help for furniture and larger pieces as well as packing supplies. All items must be picked up by the high bidder or arrangements made. Any item not picked up after pickup window becomes the property of Rack It Up Auctions. All items are sold 'as is' and 'where is' with no guarantees of any kind. Buyers are to rely upon their own inspection, judgement, and research to determine value and condition. Any description provided is done so as a service to interested buyers and does not imply any warranty. If a lot is pictured with items on it, you are purchasing the item described and not the contents unless stated otherwise. This applies to non-visual contents in furniture as well. Shipping: Bidders that need shipping must contact us by email if shipping is needed and understand that there is a min $5.00 packing and handling charge plus the UPS Or USPS charge. Please allow a 3-4-day period for processing. We do not accept bids last minute as we are usually closed by 8pm EST.
