The credit card used for registration will be charged for your purchases following the auction close, unless you specifically contact us ahead of time to arrange for cash payment at pickup time, You can also do this by writing in "Notes to the Auctioneer" on the registration page. Dealers who are sales tax exempt must provide their sellers permit number in the Notes to the Auctioneer section on the registration page. Not doing so will result in a sales tax charge. Sellers permit Forms will be available at pickup for you to fill out. A 10% Buyers fee will be applied, plus any applicable sales tax. (on location Estate sales are tax exempt) Full payment must be made before any items leave the premises. . Bidder agrees not to pursue chargebacks on any credit card payments. Unless auction is announced as absolute the auctioneer/auction firm has the right to reject any and all bids. The auctioneers/auction firm further has the right to bid on behalf of the buyer, the seller, or on their behalf. Auctioneer/auction firm reserves the right to divide any lot, to combine any two or more lots, or withdraw any lot or lots from the auction. NO WARRANTY: The descriptions of items in this auction are believed to be correct. Neither those descriptions nor any oral statements made by Owner, its Officers, Agents or Employees of auctions concerning any item shall be constructed as a warranty, either express or implied. The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 2 minute time frame. The first item is scheduled to close at 6:P.M.
