All FFL guidelines apply to purchases at this auction. Checkout Process for firearms: 1. Be high bidder on an item / items 2. Pay for all purchases at office 3. Proceed to FFL window for background check 4. Take "Paid in Full" and FFL approved invoice back to tent to take posession of firearms unless regulations require firearms be shipped to another FFL AUCTION TERMS: All items sell AS-IS, WHERE-IS. In order to purchase any item at this sale, a buyers number must be obtained from Witcher Auctions. A driver's license or comparable form of valid photo ID is required to register. All purchases must be paid for in full on sale day. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, personal or company check accompanied by a bank letter of guaranty (for new buyers only), cashiers check, any major credit card. Bank letters must be addressed to Witcher Auctions, dated for 11/22/19 and state a specific amount to be guaranteed, NO EXCEPTIONS. Bank letters must be verified by Witcher Auctions during normal banking hours. No items will be removed from sale site without receipt of payment in full. Bids placed at this auction are a legally binding contract. All sales are final. Witcher Auctions reserves the right to hold any items from removal until full payment is verified. ITEM REMOVAL: Purchases may be picked up in person at our Wynne, AR yard until 5pm on sale day, 8am-2pm on Saturday, 11/23. After 2pm on Saturday, any remaining firearms will be transported to FFL's location in Osceola, AR and must be picked up or shipped from there. Items other than firearms will be available for pickup at our auction office in Wynne, AR Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. We will be closed Thursday and Friday, November 28-29 for Thanksgiving. TAXES/FEES: 9.5% Sales tax must be collected unless valid exemption is presented at checkout. 10% Buyer's premium on all onsite purchases. Internet buyers will pay a 5% buyer's premium in addition to onsite buyers premium. Announcements sale day take precedence over all advertisements.
