Auction Terms & Conditions 1. Everything must be paid in full on the day the auction closes. 2. Everything will be sold "as is, where is", with no guarantees of any kind, regardless of statement of condition made by the consignor. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information. 3. The Bidder is responsible for knowing which item he is bidding on. If he is unsure, he should inquire or not bid. When you become the winning bidder at auction you have effected a contract and will be expected to pay for items in which you were evidenced to be the successful bidder. Auctioneer will not honor "mistakes". 5. The Auctioneer reserves the right to except bids in any increment he feels is in the best interest of his client the seller. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the seller. Schedule for item(s) to to be picked up will be ,Sunday, November 24th, 2019 between 9:00 am - 12:00 PM and thereafter, by appointment only. Times are Mountain Standard Time. Items not picked up by Sunday November 24th,will be forfeited or charged a $20 per day storage fee. 11. Shipping charges are determined after final settlement. Read each description in order to see if shipping is available on the item you are bidding on. We use flat rate boxes and or the best rate we can get with tracking number and insurance when needed. All flat rate boxes come withan automatic $50.00 worth of insurance. *4D auction services are selling firearms for an estate. 4D auction services will provide a FFL dealer in New Mexico all information pertaining to the firearms and the owners of said firearms in order to make transfer to the successful bidder. Firearms will be delivered to a FFL dealer in New Mexico after completion of the auction. Buyers will be responsible for contacting dealer and making arrangements for pickup or delivery of their purchase and any and all applicable fees and charges due the FFL dealer. Successful bidders will be given the FFL dealers information upon final settlement of purchases. 4D auction services reminds you that you will be charged for the firearm the day of purchase due the estate, guns will be delivered to a licensed FFL dealer, buyer will be responsible for any and all fees and shipping charges due the licensed FFL dealer. You are buying firearms as is where is 4D auction services makes no guarantees or warranties to any items sold, any announcements made day of sale takes precedence. Anyone buying from out of the state of New Mexico is reminded to review his/hers states laws and know what is expected of you to purchase a firearm. 4D auction services will not be held responsible for any negligence on the buyers part. If you are a successful bidder and firearm cannot be shipped to your state or you fail a background check and gun is returned then a $200 re-listing fee will be charged to the credit card on file. We will update you on times of pick up from thier store and any fees Knotts charges are on the buyer. Knotts is charging a $25.00 per background check fee. Shipping to another FLL Store will be arranged and shipping charges will be on the buyer as well.
