Auction Terms and Conditions:  All items will be sold in AS-IS, WHERE-IS Condition at the time of auction.  All bidders are encouraged and expected to make a reasonable inspection of the items they are interested in.  Once the auctioneer declares the items sold, those items become the responsiblity of the winning bidder.  Neither the seller nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.  By registering for the auction and obtaining a bidder number, all bidders are agreeing to the auction terms and conditions set forth. 

Payment Terms and Conditions:  We accept Cash or Check with proper and satisfactory photo ID.  We also accept the use of Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  Payments made with the use of Credit or Debit Cards will be subject to a 4% buyers fee in addition to their invoice total.  Payments made with the use of Cash or approved Check will have the 4% buyers fee waived on personal property item purchases only.
